As Head of Commercial Finance, you'll work closely with the executive leadership team, providing the commercial insight and financial leadership needed to support strategic decision-making, optimize performance, and drive continued growth across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Delivering commercial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to drive performance.
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting processes.
* Supporting growth initiatives, investment appraisals, and expansion projects.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance profitability, margins, and revenue performance.
* Producing board-level reporting and actionable commercial recommendations.
* Driving improvements in cash generation, cost management, and operational efficiency.
* Developing data-led reporting that connects operational activity with financial performance.
Experience & Qualifications
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
* 3+ years in a Head of Commercial Finance type role
