The role
This is to join the an existing team spread over 3 locations in the UK, ideally to be based in London, but experienced, remote candidates will be considered.
The team covers all data and digital roles in the UK for the NHS, Trusts and Private Healthcare, they gave a wealth of warm relationships to utilise and a powerful brand reputation for their strong company values and professionalism.

The Ideal Candidate
* 1-5 years of Recruitment Experience
* Contract book at £5k-10k weekly GP
* Managing multiple runners
* Self sourcing deals (full 360 experience from cold outreach to client management)
* Ambitious self-starter
* Not afraid to communicate with professionals at all levels
* Confident to cold call and handle objections and shut downs
* Persuasive and a good communicator
* Very organised and can juggle multiple high-pressure tasks at once
* People person, you can talk to anyone and bulid trust easilt
