About the School
Framfield CE Primary School is embarking on an exciting new chapter as we join the Pioneer Federation in September 2026. The Governing Board is thrilled to offer the opportunity to appoint a new Head of School to lead our vibrant, successful, and nurturing school community.

Role Overview
As Head of School, you will lead with a strong commitment to fostering high-quality, innovative learning that addresses the educational needs of all pupils while maximising their achievement and personal development. You will be supported by the Executive Headteacher, central services for finance, HR, resourcing, IT, and a network of supportive Cluster Lead Headteachers and Heads of School from other Pioneer schools.
In this role, you will create and implement a shared vision and strategic plan that inspires and motivates pupils, staff, and the entire school community. Your vision should reflect our core educational values, uphold moral purpose, and embrace the values and beliefs of all stakeholders.

The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.
