Make a Real Difference Every Day
Imagine a job where you can change someone's life by doing the things you take for granted.
As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you’ll play an important role each day by supporting people to take part in the activities and experiences they value, helping them live with confidence and independence.
It might be something simple like taking a walk to the shops for a pint of milk, or something bigger like supporting someone to visit the gym for the first time, start a new hobby, or even take a trip abroad.
In this Support Worker role, you will be supporting four ladies with learning disabilities and autism who love getting out into the community and engaging in new experiences.
We provide complete training to enable you to give the best support possible to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. What truly matters is your kindness, positivity, and desire to make a difference in someone’s day.
If you’re passionate about making meaningful connections and helping others thrive, this could be the perfect Support Worker opportunity for you.
