PLUMBER MULTI TRADER Perm position available Location: Covering South London, Clapham area Van, fuel card provided £37490 - £39.463 per annum Good all round candidates with can do attitude. x2 positions availableWe're looking for a good Plumber Multi Trader-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the South London Area. We are recruiting for an experienced multi-skilled Plumber with experience of working within a social housing or local authority environment. You will undertake plumbing and other trade repairs and maintenance work, to provide high quality, 'right first time', cost effective building services to the business and its customers. To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long term relevant trade experience. Extended skills required can include ceramic tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl floor laying & decorating. You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times. You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need.
