Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally someone who has delivered multiple Salesforce projects withinplex, fastened environments involving cross-functional teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaboratively visualise and document solution approaches with Solution Architects, demonstrates strong interpersonal maturity in engaging with key stakeholders, and has proven experience conducting microminiaturisation sessions, running Show & Tells (sprint demos), and supporting UAT. They will bring excellentmunication skills, an empathetic and collaborative approach, and exposure to financial services processes, particularly within B2B Sales, Service, or Marketing. Experience working within Scrum/Agile frameworks and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio are essential. 3. With an Acumen to visualise and document solution approaches in collaboration with Solution Architects to home in on the best oue for the business and project team.
4. With strong interpersonal skills and maturity in engaging with key business stakeholders and project team members.
5. Who has experience conducting requirements gathering sessions, Show & Tells (sprint demos) and supporting UAT?
6. With strongmunication skills and an empathetic approach to engaging with team members
7. Who has some exposure to the financial services industry processes, preferably in the B2B space (Sales, Service & Marketing)
8. Who has worked on projects following the SCRUM/Agile framework?
9. Who has exposure to using various project tools, for Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc?
10. Who is personable and has a happy & positive outlook in general.
