Salary - £18.50 - £19.50 per hour (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (08.00am – 17:00pm)
Friday (8.00am – 13.00pm)

Due to continued growth Next Generation are recruiting for a Grinder to work with a well-established engineering company based in West Bromwich who specialise in precision engineering for the Aerospace Industry. As the Grinder you will be responsible for taking pride and accuracy within a precision engineering environment.
Duties of the Grinder:
* Full setup and operation of surface and/or cylindrical grinders
* Working to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
* Selecting and dressing grinding wheels
* In-process inspection and final quality checks
* Maintaining high accuracy and finish standards
* Working independently within a structured quality environment
The successful candidate for the Grinders position will have the following experience:
* Proven experience in surface and/or cylindrical grinding
* Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings
* Strong understanding of tolerances and surface finishes
* Confident setting up machines independently
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Reliable and self-motivated
