Your New Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key part in supporting a growing pipeline of work across multiple sectors. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities will include:
1. Producing accurate take-offs and cost estimates for drylining and associated packages
2. Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
3. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
4. Supporting senior staff with pricing strategies and bid submissions
5. Helping drive continuous improvement within the estimating function

What You’ll Need to Succeed
6. Previous experience in estimating within drylining, interior fit-out, or related construction sectors (experience level flexible)
7. Strong analytical, numerical, and IT skills
8. Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation
9. Excellentmunication and relationship‑building skills
10. A proactive approach and willingness to learn, develop, or step up
