Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Revenues team, ensuring high performance and service delivery
* Oversee billing, collection, and recovery of Council Tax and Business Rates
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
* Monitor and improve collection rates and income performance
* Manage recovery processes, including enforcement and legal action
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Revenues services (Council Tax and/or Business Rates)
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and recovery processes
* Proven experience managing teams and delivering high‑performing services
* Experience in income collection, billing, and enforcement processesStrong financial awareness and budget management experience
