Main duties of the job Oversee the development and management of data models to support HPFT’s operations and data led decision-making
Support in the design and implementation of robust data models and data sets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across various departments
Manage complex data queries using advanced SQL skills and coach other team members in SQL proficiency
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to support the continuous improvement of HPFT’s services
Support the optimisation of data workflows and enhance data-driven strategies within the organisation
Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Maintain compliance with the Trust’s Anti-Discriminatory Statement, Employee Charter, Trust Policies and Procedures, Code of Conduct, and Equality and Diversity
Foster a data-informed culture within HPFT, driving efficiency and improving outcomes for service users and carers
