They are now the search for a Key Account Manager who is experienced in the world of FMCG.
This is a varied role, where you will be apart of highly supportive long standing team where company culture is vital, being highly inclusive and where everyone is apart of this companies huge plans.
This role is a hybrid role with your main office being based in Northamptonshire, majority of your week being based from home and some travel to customers.
What your day will look like:
* Your main focus in this role will be to manage and develop relationships with key distributors to the healthcare industry and private label customers.
* Delivering on key sales and margin targets inline with company strategy.
* Ensure an excellent and smooth customer journey.
* Ensuring accurate forecasting and ensuring transparency to the wider business.
* Focus on ways of proactively increasing sales through various routes of promotion and campaigns.
* Minimise stock holding through the supply chain process.
* Introductions to changes to the product range.
* Meeting with your assigned Key Accounts to develop relationships and drive growth.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and junior account managers in regards to customer requirements and updates.

The ideal candidate will have experience of being with a Key Account Manager, Sales or similar role with experience in FMCG you will enjoy building relationships and be an excellent communicator, have great IT skills particularly excel, ability to work with a team setting as well as autonomously, have a high level of business acumen and have the ability to use your initiative.
Salary and Benefits: up to £50,000 + 15% bonus + company car/car allowance (£6000), private healthcare, development opportunities, EAP and a variety of other benefits.
