Your day-to-day
In your day-to-day role, you will:
6. Monitor and Analyze: Track product performance metrics, usage patterns, and key KPIs.
7. Identify Trends & Gaps: Use data analysis and customer feedback to detect performance gaps and trends.
8. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop reports, dashboards, and models to measure product success.
9. Optimize & Improve: Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to enhance adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
10. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership and teams.
11. Strategic Planning: Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritize investments, and establish best practices for performance management.

13. Demonstrate ability to work independently in a highly organized way
