About the Role
I Need Staff Today Limited are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent property business based in Wolverhampton. Our client specialises in the sale and rental of prestigious residential properties across the local area.
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience who enjoys building client relationships and working within a fast-paced property environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing property sales and lettings enquiries
* Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
* Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Generating new business opportunities
* Supporting vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants throughout the process
* Maintaining accurate property records and CRM systems
Requirements
1. Previous experience within property sales and/or lettings is advantageous
