About The Role:
As a Service Manager, you will lead and manage our care teams, ensuring exceptional care and support for our children and young people. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a trauma-informed, quality-focused, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, deployment, and management of staff.
2. Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality care and evidence-based outcomes for young people.
3. Compliance: Maintain regulatory and statutory compliance.
4. Team Leadership: Support and manage the senior management team.
5. Budget Management: Operate within budget and achieve high inspection ratings.
6. Strategic Planning: Work on forward vision and strategic planning with the Regional Director.
7. Quality Assurance: Audit care provision quality.
8. Child-Centered Care: Ensure detailed assessments and care plans.
9. Effective Communication: Foster teamwork and maintain productive meetings.

Qualifications:
1. Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant position and 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
2. Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
