What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience of working in a similar position in schools, ideally with children working at Early Years Foundation Stage level
* Be prepared to carry out intimate care as required
* Be willing to work directly with children with special educational needs including intimate care as required
* Have a calm and nurturing attitude
* Be able to facilitate children's learning in both 1:1 and small groups
* Be able to share information and have professional communication with the class teacher.
* Be able to support the Christian ethos of our school
