The Data & Analytics team has a Corporate Information Analyst role available for the right person to come and join our friendly and hard-working team.

Who we're looking for
1. A head for visualisation, numbers and technology
2. A proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail
3. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
4. Experience with some of our tech stack (Power BI, T-SQL, Excel, SSRS, Power Automate), or similar tools
5. The ability (and desire) to proactively learn new skills
6. Previous NHS or healthcare experience (beneficial but not required)
7. The ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks across multiple ongoing projects with a focus on clear documentation and compliance with governance frameworks

Main duties of the job
What you will be doing
13. Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and SSRS to provide insight and support data-driven decision-making
14. Engage with stakeholders (including senior managers and clinicians) to gather requirements, communicate insights, and translate technical findings into actionable outcomes
15. Extract, transform and analyse data from a variety of sources to support operational and strategic initiatives
16. Interpret national and local guidance to develop and maintain appropriate datasets, dataflows, and reporting processes
17. Investigate and respond to ad-hoc data queries, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery
18. Work collaboratively with the wider Data & Analytics team, sharing expertise and supporting continuous improvement
19. Understand and document business processes and workflows to inform data solutions
20. Apply data governance principles and follow established change management procedures to maintain data quality, consistency, and security
