Key Responsibilities
* Utilise SAGE Line 50 for payroll input and administration.
* Run payroll using SAGE Payroll, including pension administration and holiday pay calculations.
* Administer Time & Attendance system.
* Respond to Supplier Statements and purchase ordering.
* Invoicing and other finance administration duties.
* Provide cover during holiday/absence and support the finance function.
Essential Qualifications
* Payroll/Accounts qualification.
* Previous experience in a busy finance department with sound knowledge of accounting procedures.
* Substantial experience in preparing and processing payroll.
* Experience using IT and finance systems: SAGE Line 50, SAGE Payroll, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
* Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality procedures.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience within the healthcare sector.
* Experience dealing with public sector organisations.
* AAT level 3 or equivalent general education.
