* 10+ Years of Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the telecom industry, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM.
* Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), are highly desirable.
* Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), is a plus.
