We're now looking for an MHE Trainer to deliver high quality training and assessments, ensuring all colleagues are competent, compliant and confident in safe operation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation
* To conduct/co-ordinate training for all colleagues on all operational processes, including SSOW, MHE (Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, PPT)
* Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback
* To provide appropriate reports and training plans alongside ideas for improvements
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Ideally will have MHE experience or training experience within a warehouse environment
* RTITB Accredited Fork Lift Training desired
* Strong safety mindset - safety or training experience would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and constructive feedback effectively and empathetically
* IT literate - use of Microsoft Office and internal systems to update training records
