Job Description
We are looking for freelance IQAs (Internal Quality Assurance) to conduct internal quality assurance for the following qualifications:
* Coaching Professional Level 5
* Operations Manager Level 5
* Supply Chain Practitioner Level 3
* Transport Operations Supervisor Level 3
* Warehouse Operations Supervisor Level 3
* Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2
The IQA will be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are consistently met across training and assessment processes. Tasks include conducting quality assurance audits, providing feedback to Development Coaches, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The IQA will be responsible for maintaining records, reporting findings, and collaborating with the training team to improve quality assurance practices continually.
Requirements
* Experience in Quality Assurance (of relevant apprenticeship qualifications), Auditing, and Compliance
* Strong analytical and evaluation skills
* Excellent communication and feedback skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain comprehensive records
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Ability to commit to 1-2 days per month
