One of our clients currently seek a AI Product Owner to join their dynamic team on an initial 3 month contract. This role is 90% remote with limited travel required to Netherlands.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the telecommunications or entertainment industry.
* Demonstrable experience improving existing products with AI technologies — particularly NLP, chatbots, voice assistants, and contact centre automation.
* Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially in the context of customer support.
* Familiarity with case studies or past implementations of automation in contact centres using AI.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Business-first mindset with a passion for delivering measurable impact.
