We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling people to live their best lives.
As a Support Worker, you will be working within residential, respite, community and supported living settings, supporting Adults facing challenges related to living with:
Autism
Learning and/or Physical Disabilities
Shifts can be: Days, Nights and Sleeps to assist with 24 hour support.
25 per hour* (plus additional holiday pay and bank holiday premiums)
Working with Servoca you will benefit from the regularity of shifts combined with flexibility to choose when you work. All our Support Workers also benefit from
Weekly Pay and Bank Hol premiums
Holiday Pay either accrued or added to your pay rate.

Having an assigned consultant together with full support from our experienced and dedicated team in Southport
Supporting people to lead fulfilling lives in the community requires kindness patience and common sense. Support Worker applicants must also have
a minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Childrens support settings
experience of individual support planning
Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
