RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing business based in Burnley who are looking to add a Finance Assistant to their small friendly team. Reporting to and acting as support for the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will ensure the accurate recording of accounts transactions and maintaining of financial records.
Responsibilities
Duties include:
* overseeing the purchase ledger
* preparation of payment runs
* bank reconciliations
* credit control
* cashflow forecast reporting
* fixed asset register maintenance
* posting of journals
* support with monthly payroll processing
* project costing reporting for Finance Manager
* support with monthly management reporting
Qualifications
This Finance Assistant role would be ideal for an AAT studier or someone with a good knowledge of accounts who is looking for development in a role supporting a Finance Manager closely.
