My client is currently looking for a New Homes Sales consultant to join their sales team on selling their stylish new homes development in Earlsfield - South West London.
This is a great opportunity working on a brand new site assisting the sales team with answering any incoming enquiries and sales.

1. The daily rate is £ per day plus holiday pay.
2. Great commission structure - earn up to £ commission per plot!
3. Hours 10am-6pm

5. 6 month contract
Your duties will include:
6. Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
7. Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
8. Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
9. Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
10. Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
11. Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
12. Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.

Experience wanted
- Ideally some experience within selling new homes or an Estate Agent background
- Someone who is keen to sell and passionate about the product
