Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant -The Role
* Earn up to £650 per week
* Full-time, long-term Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role
* Work with students 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
* Support emotional regulation, communication, and daily routines
* Collaborate with SEN teachers and therapists to implement individual support plans
* Assist with classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment
* Gain insight into intervention strategies, therapeutic approaches, and EHCP processes
Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - Person Specification
* Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology, or related fields preferred
* Experience working with young people with SEN (in any setting) is highly desirable
* High levels of empathy, patience, and resilience
* Confident, calm, and compassionate approach to behaviour and emotional needs
* A genuine passion for working in SEN education and helping vulnerable students succeed.
