What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead performance analysis across business classes, schemes, and distribution channels.
* Drive strategic actions to support performance vs. forecast – including pricing, loss ratio, and combined operating ratio initiatives.
* Build and manage oversight frameworks with key outsourcing partners such as Markerstudy and MISL.
* Deliver insight to Board and Executive Committees via high-impact reporting and MI.
* Influence and support initiatives across customer experience, compliance, and product performance.
* Embed Consumer Duty principles throughout the performance strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience managing P&L in Personal or Commercial Lines insurance.
* Proven success in performance/portfolio management within insurance supply chains.
* Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement.
* Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or similar).
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
