My Hertfordshire-based client is a privately owned SME with over twenty years of experience in providing commercial cleaning and soft FM services. They operate across various sites, including offices, residential, commercial communal areas, clinical spaces, retail spaces, theatres, museums, and galleries.
I am recruiting a full-time Mobile Support Supervisor/Manager (40 hours, flexible based on site needs). The role combines operational management and hands-on mobile support. The week is divided between supervising/managing sites with support from the Head of Operations (three days) and providing deep cleaning support (two days). The sites are in the Midlands/East Anglia region, with potential overnight stays for specialist tasks. Candidates should have extensive deep cleaning experience and some supervisory or management background in the cleaning industry. Ideally, candidates will reside within the operating area and be adaptable to work out of hours as required.

Supervisor/Manager duties
* Provide operational management support across client sites.
* Complete site audits with staff and clients via the Cleanlink system, resolving issues promptly.
* Manage staff timesheets and holidays through the Time Management System.
* Conduct out-of-hours spot checks on sites.
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and promote safe working practices.
* Recruit new cleaning staff using the Cleanlink system.
* Train and support cleaning operatives.
* Implement discipline procedures as needed.
* Schedule and delegate tasks to mobile support staff and site operatives.
* Respond to client complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
* Manage stock and supplies of cleaning materials via the company app.
* Set up, induct, and train new staff and mobilise new sites.
Mobile Support Cleaner duties
* Provide operational support across client sites.
* Cover staff holidays and sickness as requested.
* Perform deep cleaning tasks, including carpet, hard floor, oven, window cleaning, and jet washing.
* Record tasks performed using the Cleanlink system.
* Report faulty equipment, damage, vandalism, or hazards.
* Maintain the company vehicle and report issues.
* Follow health and safety procedures and promote safe practices.
* Liaise with managers to meet client KPIs.
