Location: Belfast BT39 9EV
Pay Rate: £12.27 per hour
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Temporary
About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Drivers Mates to support our delivery and installation teams. In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist in delivering and installing a range of home technology products, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the safe delivery and installation of white goods, televisions, and cookers into customer's homes
2. Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and ensuring satisfaction
3. Handle products with care and follow all health and safety procedures
4. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and manufacturers when required
5. Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times

7. Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
8. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
9. A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve calmly and efficiently
