As part of our full time, permanent Facilities & Maintenance Leadership Team, youwill…

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of all grounds maintenanceand caravan siting activity, following standard operating procedures ensuring asafe and secure environment for all
- Deliver our performance targets against budget, managestock, margin and cost control
- Complete relevant administrative tasks including team Rota’s,Safety and Legislative compliance checks
- Drive continuous improvement, provide solutions to issuesand set goals for growth
- Lead and coach the team ensuring they work productively anddevelop professionally
- Engage and inspire the team to always be Guest obsessed
- Effectively recruit and train new team

Salary: From£31,820 plus the opportunity to earn up to 10% AnnualBonus

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Maintenance Manager, Grounds Manager orHorticulture Manager which is great. Or maybe you’re an experienced AssistantManager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step! All we are looking for is…

- Proven experience leading large teams in a GroundsMaintenance or similar environment
- Experience in managing operations, performance, resources andcost control
- Can confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolveproblems
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadershipskills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Must be highly competent (and confident) intrade skills, grounds maintenance and horticulture
