About The Role
At EKFB we’re shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow. Our four partners—Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM—bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including Europe's latest high-speed rail projects.
We are seeking a Senior Undertakings & Assurances (U&A) Coordinator to join our Routewide team based in Milton Keynes.
This role supports the U&A Manager in overseeing daily operations of Undertakings & Assurances, preparing for monthly client baseline and UACG meetings, and assisting with construction assurance and handover readiness. You will ensure systems, processes, and training materials are current and effective.
Responsibilities include monitoring and governing the SEm database to ensure plans and evidence are up to date, managing actions related to handover, discharge, or variation, and engaging early with U&A owners to meet commitments and funding requirements.
You will also support Work Package Managers in identifying Undertakings and Assurances for their scopes, facilitate training workshops, conduct quarterly audits, and ensure site adherence to processes. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new employees and supply chain members, support performance monitoring, and carry out investigations into potential non-compliances.
Further duties involve maintaining the U&A portal, managing queries, using SharePoint/BIMXtra for administration, and supporting external interface activities. You will also ensure design-related U&As are assured by Level 3 certification and contribute to ongoing portal development and training initiatives.
