Due to our continued growth across the AMA Group, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team. This is your chance to take ownership of training initiatives, create engaging learning modules, and support the development of both new and existing starters across our brands — all while reporting directly to the CEO. The Role
As our Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things learning and development. You’ll design and deliver training programs, support onboarding for new starters, and assist in shaping development plans for both new and existing employees.
Your work will cover all AMA Group brands, with a special focus on Education Recruitment (Milk Education), while also supporting our other brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Training Design & Delivery: Create engaging training modules, workshops, and learning resources that stick.
* Onboarding Support: Make new starters feel confident, prepared, and motivated from day one.
* Development Plans: Collaborate with managers and leadership to support growth plans for all team members.
* Continuous Learning: Organize refresher courses, workshops, and 1:1 sessions to keep skills sharp.
* Content Creation: Develop training guides, e-learning modules, and resources reflecting best practice.
* Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress, evaluate training impact, and provide insights to senior leadership — including the CEO!
* Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work with managers across all AMA Group brands to maintain high standards and consistency.
* Culture & Engagement: Promote AMA Group values and foster a culture of continuous learning and fun.
Who We’re Looking For
* Training / Development Experience: You’ve created or delivered training programs, onboarding initiatives, or development plans.
* Strong Communicator: Confident presenting, facilitating discussions, and inspiring teams to engage.
* Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
* Adaptable: Comfortable working across different brands and tailoring training to various audiences.
* Results-Focused: You care about measurable improvements in performance and engagement.
