Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with reviewing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conduct legal research and summarise findings
* Support the legal or compliance team with administrative tasks
* Supporting with the onboarding of new clients and gathering required documentation
* Attend and take notes in meetings, where required
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
* Provide general support to fee earners or legal advisors
* Handling client queries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain and organise files and records
Requirements:
* A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload
* A willingness to learn and take initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous office or legal work experience (e.g., internship, placement) is beneficial but not essential
