About the Role: Supporting a Reception class with daily routines, phonics, and early language development. Working with individuals and small groups to support speech, literacy, and play. Collaborating with teachers and EYFS leads to deliver a play-based, child-led curriculum. The Ideal Candidate: Has experience working in EYFS or nursery settings. A nurturing, calm, and proactive professional. Excellent communication and an understanding of the EYFS framework. Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare is desirable but not essential.
