Warehouse Operative – Seasonal Work (December Start) – Immediate Interviews
Location: Redscar, Preston (Longridge Road)
Pay: £12.30 per hour + Overtime £18.45 per hour (Days), £13.64 per hour + £19.79 per hour overtime (Nights)
Hours: Rota between Monday–Sunday, 7:00am–5:30pm (Days), 6pm till finish (will work 1 week days training and then 1 week nights)
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (with potential to become ongoing)

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with picking and packing experience who want consistent hours throughout December and beyond.

Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support day-to-day operations across several departments. You will be responsible for accurate order picking, packing, stock movement, and general warehouse duties. Full training is provided, and previous warehouse experience is required.
***Will be some work available in food manufacturing - this will involve handling meat (including pork, beef and turkey)***
Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders quickly and accurately
*
Moving, organising and replenishing stock
*
Completing quality checks and reporting any issues
*
Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse area
*
Working to daily targets and following health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker or Packer
*
Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
*
Flexible to work on a rota including weekends
*
Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
*
Able to commute to Redscar, Preston
