The Role – Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, working as part of a close-knit kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food.
You’ll be organised, eager to learn, and take pride in doing things properly — from prep through to service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running your section during prep and service
* Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
* Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in delivering smooth service
* Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
* Assisting with stock rotation and organisation
* Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
* A genuine passion for food and hospitality
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team
* Pride in consistency, cleanliness, and presentation
