Job Title: Domestic Electrician (Responsive Repairs & Maintenance) Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Domestic Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality responsive and day-to-day repairs within residential properties. The role involves working independently as a mobile worker, ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. Key Duties & Responsibilities Carry out responsive and day-to-day electrical repairs in domestic properties. Complete all required testing and certification in line with regulatory standards. Work independently as a mobile operative, managing workloads efficiently. Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Perform periodic testing, including monthly and annual checks, and complete certification. Undertake minor electrical installation works in domestic settings. Repair and maintain appliances and fixtures such as cookers, showers, and electric fireplaces. Carry out weekly vehicle (van) checks to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance. Use company-issued tablets in accordance with company policies for job management and reporting. Promote and support the organisation's "Families First" culture in all interactions.
