The Role
As a Senior Investment Broker at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a professional, phone-based sales environment where results are rewarded fairly and transparently:
* Higher commission for self-generated leads
* Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals
* Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features
* Commission calculated on full purchase price
This role is structured with a clear and achievable progression to Investment Director,

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales
* Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles.
* Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends.
* Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
