Role Description
We are looking for an architectural technician and junior architect (possible interior designer) for a full-time office based role. all applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
If you are the right candidate, able and eager to be fully immersed, with a passion for design both inside and out alongside a sound technical knowledge, then your involvement will not be limited. From the inception of projects, to design processes, client liaison and site presence, LBF can offer you a fully rounded experience in this architectural role.
You will be working with a leading hospitality client with whom we have a long standing relationship and who provide the opportunity to work on an exciting range of buildings in a fast moving industry.
Qualifications
* Architect/interior designer/architectural technician with 2 years post qualification experience.
* Skills – Vectorworks, 3-d visualisation
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Architectural applicants must have the potential to work on-site and collaborate with team members
* Both technical and design ability
* Must have a valid UK work visa of minimum 3 years
