Job Opportunity: Student Safety Team Member (Security Supervisor) (Nights)
Location: Bath, BA2
Pay Rate: £16.03 per hour
Hours: 22:00 – 07:00 (Night Shifts)
Join our Student Safety Team in Bath
We’re looking for a dependable and proactive individual to join the Student Safety Team at a vibrant student accommodation site in Bath. This is a night-shift role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our student residents. Full training will be provided on your first shift.
What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Conduct regular safety and security patrols throughout the building
️ Perform routine water flushing tasks to maintain compliance
️ Manage and distribute student parcels and deliveries
️ Support the Team Leader with additional on-site duties
️ Provide outstanding customer service to ensure residents feel safe and supported
What We’re Looking For:
A valid SIA licence (Security Industry Authority)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A reliable team player with a professional attitude
Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely
Bonus if you have:
Previous experience in a security, safety, or customer service role (not essential)
