Role: D365 CE Functional Consultant – Customer Insights Journeys
Responsibilities :
• Lead functional design and configuration for CIJ real-time marketing
• Configure real-time events, event triggers, and event-based conditions
• Build real-time segments (behavioral, event-driven, attribute segments)
• Design customer journeys with branching logic (conditions, A/B splits, wait conditions, exit rules)
• Configure brand profiles, compliance profiles, consent center, subscription centers
• Build email/SMS/WhatsApp templates with personalization & rules
• Define KPI tracking, journey analytics, reporting requirements
• Conduct requirement workshops, UAT, training & documentation
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years in Dynamics 365 Marketing / CIJ
• Strong understanding of CIJ RTM features: events, segments, branching journeys
• Hands-on with journey orchestration, goals, suppression rules, exit conditions
• Experience configuring consent & compliance profiles with regional logic
• Strong template-building skills: email, SMS, dynamic text, personalization
• Good analytical skills for interpreting journey insights & performance
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
