3. People Data Analyst: Senior analyst experience in HR data management. Skills include managing data, identifying anomalies, controlling and manipulating data using software like Excel, and analyzing HR-related costs by role. Understanding of financial data and salary information is essential.
4. Additional Skills: Good IT literacy and familiarity with Workday reporting (proficiency not required).
