You'll provide the technical knowledge and insight to resolve performance and capacity issues as well as working with the client to create a roadmap to ensure the client is gaining value from the solutions provided Additional responsibilities include: Developing and owning customers technical roadmaps and how they align to their goals Exploring opportunities for innovation and optimisation within existing customer contracts Chairing technical platform reviews and owning technical roadmaps Identifying trends and prevent issues from occurring by being proactive Acting as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support Ensuring that all communication, interactions, assignments, and actions are clear, effective and delivered on time Good technical knowledge of the public and private cloud as well as an understanding of VMware technologies and Windows environments Have good analytical and presentation skills. Ability to spot opportunities and explain them Are customer facing with good attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills Can monitor and analyse current capacity and discuss future customer needs Have proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager in IT environment At iomart we’re committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
