We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering team at our Lincoln Fresh Factory, ensuring a strong focus on Health and Safety, fostering a positive team culture, and meeting production targets. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Team Leadership and Health & Safety Lead and motivate a team to promote Health and Safety standards and cultivate a positive team attitude. Act as the primary point of contact for the Engineering department Collaboration and Reporting Report directly to the Engineering Manager, collaborating cross-functionally on-site. Work closely with the Engineering Manager to schedule preventive maintenance and enhance manufacturing infrastructure efficiency. Team Development Develop and train engineering teams across shifts. Implement lean and continuous improvement techniques to achieve cost savings and improve work processes. Compliance and Standards Ensure all standards and procedures are in place and regularly updated to govern safe working practices, including good GMP practices. Skills & Experience: Proven track record of leading on a day-to-day basis a diverse Engineering team with in a FMCG. Proven record in managing an engineering budget to comply with given set budget. Experience of CCMS systems.
