Job Title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Salary: OTE: of up to £27,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am - 1pm.
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Negotiator will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.
Please note, that full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Booking property viewings and registering applicants
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
* Representing the company in a professional manner
* Building strong relationships internally and externally
