CER Education are recruiting for dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to work within a Special Educational Needs setting on a temporary and long term basis across the St Helens area. Experience in de-escalation and behaviour management is desirable but not essential.
The roles are to start As soon as possible and there will be a range of full time and part time positions available as well as some Adhoc roles.
Graduates with all degree backgrounds are welcome to apply.
The successful candidate will:
* Possess the ability to develop professional working relationships with pupils and staff
* Have a positive impact on learning and behaviour
* Implement effective classroom management in line with the school’s behaviour management policy
* Offer support to staff and children
