Mechanical Engineering Team Lead
Location: Wimbledon / Kingston on Thames locality
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 Base Salary + Benefits

As a Mechanical Engineering Lead, you will take ownership of a high-performing team, driving excellence across the full engineering lifecycle - from early concept through to development, qualification, production, and in-service support.
You will play a key role in developing engineering capability, ensuring best practice, and delivering robust, high-quality mechanical solutions in a highly regulated and technically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and line manage a team of up to 10 mechanical engineers, supporting performance, development and well-being
2. Oversee engineering outputs including designs, analysis, technical documentation and compliance reviews
