The Role:
The post-holder will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Team Leader and other staff within the Gateway Service.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Requirements:
Essential Criteria:
4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 year's experience in a clerical/administrative role.
OR
2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word or equivalent.
Experience of minute-taking in a formal setting.
Hold a current full driving licence valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criterion will be waived if the applicant's disability prohibits driving but they have access to an approved form of transport that enables them to perform the duties of the post.
