Social & Emotional Youth Worker
to join a
thriving special needs school
that's part of a
supportive federation. This role is an exciting opportunity to provide crucial support to children who are working towards their
Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
and
individual targets, ensuring they feel empowered and motivated every day.

Key Responsibilities: Support students in their
social, emotional, and
academic development. Adapt your approach
to meet individual student needs, utilizing effective
behaviour management
strategies. Work closely with
teachers ,
staff, and
other professionals
to
inspire ,
motivate, and challenge each student. Create an
inclusive learning environment
where every student feels valued and confident. Monitor progress and provide
feedback
to staff, parents, and the wider community to ensure continued growth and success.

about supporting
SEND/SEMH
children and young people. A
strong, creative leader
who can motivate and inspire students and staff alike. Adaptable
and able to personalize your approach to meet the diverse needs of students. Excellent at
building relationships, creating a strong network of support across staff, students, parents, and professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
