Assembly Operators Wanted - Sign Manufacturing Company North Lanarkshire Major are recruiting multiple full-time, permanent Assembly Operators for our family-run client based in North Lanarkshire. Location: North Lanarkshire Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: Up to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Key Responsibilities: Setting out materials, tools, and parts for daily tasks Understanding client specifications and handling variations in signage design Assembling signage materials to precise standards Checking finished products for quality and reporting any defects Maintaining a clear paper trail for all materials and assembled products Working to tight individual and departmental deadlines Performing well in fast-paced production line settings Setting up and controlling machinery safely and efficiently Using a variety of hand tools confidently and accurately Following all health and safety procedures consistently What we are looking for Experience in signage assembly, production, or a similar hands-on role (preferred) Confidence using tools, equipment, and machinery Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong team player with a reliable and proactive attitude Capable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment What You'll Get: Competitive hourly rate - up to £14.00, based on experience Permanent, full-time position with job security A friendly, supportive team in a long-established, family-run company Opportunities for development and career progression Click to apply INDAO
