We are recruiting for a Team Leader role withing the RSAP / NSAP accommodation team.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Including Service development and delivery; Staff management; other resource management Financial and Physical as appropriate
2. To assist the Service Manager in managing the service so it achieves and maintains satisfactory performance and meets contractual requirements.
3. To induct, supervise, develop, motivate, lead and appraise staff within the service
4. Manage the performance of delegated workers in their service including conduct, capability and absence
5. To ensure the service is managed safely and all policies and procedures are followed
